Like our Care at Home board, only what's needed to make a match is shown publicly:
- A first name (or facility name if posting on behalf of a care home) and area
- The type of help needed and roughly how often
- A contact email — volunteers apply by emailing you directly
- No ID numbers, home addresses, or phone numbers, please

💡 My Retirement Hub does not vet volunteers or facilities. Care homes should follow their own screening process, and individuals meeting a volunteer for the first time should do so in a public or supervised setting.
